"I made a reservation for two weeks in advance for two rooms with two queen beds. I received confirmation and charges for these rooms ten days in advance. I called in the morning of my arrival that I was in the city and I will arrive at the hotel late at night. When I showed up there was only one double room available. What can you do at 1:00 in the morning of a Sunday?"
